Not good with a hammer? How about replacing a faucet or doorknob? Everybody needs help now and then with home repairs. Commonground’s Hammerhead ministry was created for this purpose. We reach out to widows, single moms, special needs individuals and those who lack handyman skills for minor repairs around the house – especially for those who may be struggling with schedules or financial strain. Ministry is more than just sharing the message of Christ, sometimes it’s BEING the message. The bible says if we see someone in need and encourage them to be well without helping them, we aren’t walking our talk, and are of no Christ-like impact to others. (James 2:16)
