Women's Ministries

  The purpose of the Women’s Ministry is to help women grow in their faith while teaching them to serve and minister to each other, build relationships and have fun together while serving others outside the church.  Programs and events scheduled throughout the year are directed toward this purpose.  The goal of the Women’s Ministry is to have every woman at CommonGround serving, ministering and encouraging one another while also seeking those in need in our community.  For more information contact Lori Davis 920-2330.

SASS (Serving a Sister Secretly)
 
Our SASS program exists to provide an opportunity for the women of CGCC to provide prayer, support and encouragement to one another.  Women who are participating draw names and then secretly send small gifts and cards to this person.  At the end of the SASS semester, a secret sister revealing is held.
 
Our current SASS semester ends on December 31, 2010 with a revealing scheduled in January.  The next semester begins January 2011 and runs through May.  If you are interested in participating in the SASS program, please contact Lori @ 920-2330.
 
Bunco
 
Bunco sign up is now underway!  If you are a woman and are interested in playing Bunco, please get your name on the sign up sheet.  The fun will begin on the second Tuesday in January; we will meet to play on the second Tuesday of each month throughout 2010.  Please view the Event Calendar for location.
 
Ladies Lunch Bunch
 
At CommonGround we are all about being real, relevant and relaxed.  A great way to demonstrate these three characteristics is to have lunch with friends. 
 
 On the second Wednesday of each month, we meet at 11:30 A.M. at various restaurants throughout the Golden Triangle.  If you would like to join us, please get your name on the sign up list located at the Women's Ministry table during Sunday morning worship services or contact Lori.
